Refund Policy

Everything sold on BigPussyLips is digital: credits and Premium are added to your account as soon as the TRON network confirms your USDT payment. What has been used cannot be handed back, so purchases are final - except in the cases below, where we always make it right.

When we refund or make it right

• You paid and nothing arrived. If your credits or Premium are still missing an hour after the network confirmed the transfer, write to [email protected] with the amount and roughly when you sent it. We trace the payment and either deliver the order or send the money back.
• The amount matched no order. A transfer we cannot match is kept for you, never lost. Ask and we add it to your account or return it.
• One order, paid twice. The second payment is returned in full.
• A fault on our side. If something we broke kept you from using what you paid for, we refund the unused part or extend your Premium by the days you lost.

How refunds are sent

In USDT (TRC20), to the address the payment came from, minus the network fee, within 7 days of our reply. Credits already spent, Premium days already used and accounts closed for breaking the Terms are not refunded.

Nothing to cancel

Premium is paid once for a fixed period and never renews by itself. When it ends, your account returns to the free daily allowance and you keep your chats and your credits.
